A permissive host is not a blanket license. Every dataset snapshot must carry evidence, attribution, retrieval time, and a content hash before indexing.

Synthetic validation fixtures. The bundled validation series are deterministic project-authored test data, released under CC0-1.0. They exercise the local engine without implying that a production corpus has already been published.
